3. ESRI K-12 Master Site License
   Motions:
   

   This is a Master Site License designed specifically for School Districts.  It allows all K-12 students, all teachers and all employees of the District to use the Geographic Information System (GIS) Geospatial/Mapping software and related products.   Entering into a Master K-12 License will result in a cost savings to the District overall and will provide opportunities for new academic programs. In prior years, departments have individually entered into license agreements with ESRI. In addition to Education Technology, the following departments will benefit from availability of these programs:  Choice, Personnel, School Police, Student Services, Transportation, Charter Schools, Planning, Program Management, and Real Estate.   The Agreement provides an unlimited	-	PASS
   Minutes: I recommend approval of a K-12 School District License Agreement with Environmental System Research Institute (ESRI) and authorize the Superintendent or designee to sign all related documents and agreements.
